How’s your attitude?

Are you snappy? Moody? Always in a rush? Stressed? Anxious?

We all live crazy busy lives right? With a lot of pressure and a lot of demands on us.

What if There Was a 5 Minute Solution?

It would take a huge effort to change all of the crazy things about our lives wouldn’t it? Effort we don’t have the strength and time for as were stuck in the crazy cycle of modern life.

Did you know there is something you can do to help you feel happier, more positive and calmer?

It will take just 5 minutes of your morning and evening.


How to Feel Happier in Just 10 Minutes


o   Take 5 minutes in the morning to write down three things you are   grateful for.

I find it best to do this first thing in the morning before my day starts. 

o   Take 5 minutes in the evening to write down three things you are grateful for.

Doing this before you go to sleep will really help you switch off.


How Do I Know What I Am Grateful For? 

*Think about the people in your life – who has helped you recently? Who made you smile? Who is always there for you? 

*Think about what you have:

o   Your nice, safe home

o   Your comfy bed

o   Nice food to eat

o   Your dog/cat that you love so much


*Think about your surroundings

o   Do you live near nature?

o   Do you have a beautiful view from your window?

o   Do you have a beautiful local park, or live near the sea?


If you’re struggling just start small.

Today I am grateful for:

·      The good night’s sleep I had

·      The sun shining

·      A lovely walk to work


As you do this you will think of so many things!

If you take just 5 minutes each morning and evening to write down three things you are grateful for you will be surprised just how much this can make you feel happier and more positive.
